  '' I emailed about 9 companies for quotes . Your company was the only one to actually bother to call me! Most of the others emailed me telling me what they couldn't do , etc.
  The person who was really nicely spoken left a very nice message on my answer machine. Then the next day she phoned me again to ask if I had recieved her quote and was there
  Any questions she could help me with, she was so lovely . She went through the quote and seemed really knowledgable then she adjusted the quote and sent out a new quote and then asked me if I wanted some samples I requested 3 and I was really shocked when less than 12 hours later they arrived by special delivery on my doorstop! Really nice pieces as well. She also told me about the delays of a few weeks that may occur with some of the samples which I thought was really honest and forthright! Which made me like your company even more, then the next week the fitter came , my brother said he was really polite and really careful with the templating and arrived on time.
  They are extraordinary and it looks brilliant . My brother says the team of people who came were really friendly and hard working.
