  '' We are over the moon about our beautiful granite worktops. Absolute black is just gorgeous in our kitchen. I must say that your price all inclusive was second to none. I did a lot of research on and offline and no other company, nationwide, was as affordable as Granitezone.
  
  The fitter and his two mates who came down from Liverpool to our home in Staffordshire were really quite experienced and pleasant. They knew their business and answered all my questions about the history, processing and upkeep of the stone.
  
  The job was done in a few hours, they explained the installation procedure in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. They were clean and tidy and did all the cutting outside on the drive.
  
  Your staff on the telephone from Granitezone (I've spoken to a few of you) were very helpful and courteous. Not fully understanding the whole experience of purchasing stone worktops, you explained how to measure and draw up a rough plan that I was able to send to you. Your staff always telephoned me back at the times we agreed. I really did appreciate that personal touch.
  
  Clearly, customer service and support is highly regarded by Granitezone as essential as 'doing good honest business'. Being an American who has been living I the UK for the last 20 years I can identify good customer service, good quality and high standards. Granitezone ticks all the right boxes for me as a consumer.
  
  I didn't have to pay a penny until the job was complete and to my satisfaction. You can't get any more honest than that!  Extra big thanks to stonemason Neil and his two workmates....provided with a couple cups a tea (three sugars) and there was no stopping them.
